KRL Employees Cooperative Housing Society
An Overview
In June of 1984, the KRL Employees Cooperative Housing Society was founded, and Dr. A. Q. Khan NI bar was honoured to serve as the society’s Patron. Following the completion of several necessary administrative steps, the society was formally registered in Islamabad, and subsequent efforts to acquire property along Kallar Syedan Road in Rawat got underway. Up until the year 1992, a total of almost one thousand kanals of land was acquired.

Currently, construction on the KECHS (KRL Employees Cooperative Housing Society) site in Rawat is taking place at a breakneck pace, and members who pay a visit to the site will have the opportunity to observe this development firsthand. On April 25, 2015, the current management committee was elected without facing any opposition.
